Summer Projects Icebreaker, Kickoff + Management


Hi Team! I’ve made individual, team Mural Boards to help you kickoff your projects successfully this summer and informally onboard team members. The purpose of these documents are to help you, and your team, stay organized and to stay focused on both research contributions and human-centered product/research creation. Plus, this helps all of Meteor understand your project status and updates, and effectively onboard your team.


The Mural Boards include:

  • A fun team icebreaker template you can copy and use for your informal team meeting (this is a template you can copy of if you choose to use it)
  • A weekly Mural for whole team updates of all the projects (kind of a longer standup)
  • A project kickoff Mural to help align your specific project/research team to research agenda, timelines, goals, etc. (each team has one — see links below)
  • Create a Trello board for weekly meetings from this template, and link it to your project under “Weekly Project Management Trello Boards”
